im really interested in using non copyrighted art for bases so does that mean that i can use pics from this category http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Public_domain_due_to_copyright_expiration .? also what does it mean when it says "This image (or other media file) is in the public domain because its copyright has expired. thank you for faving my stuf =) i really try my best and i really hope you like my bases . im not very motivated though lately because i havent gotten muc h comments at all =( i dont know what you think about them.. i need to know =) anyway i will try to do more as soon as i get my motivation back thank you again everyone :D
